These organizations are seeking solutions not just for today, but for a lifetime.

 The money appropriated has been used to fund projects as they're ready to go. The additional money we're seeking is for additional projects that are needed. It will be encumbered. There will not be anything lost.

 Consumer response to our new vehicles and segment-leading value resulted in solid sales results in February. Our retail sales improvement in February was driven by our industry-leading value, not by fleet sales or high incentives. This resulted in better retail sales performance by six of our divisions.

 With the completion of the construction referendum projects, we were able to bring a lot of special education students who had to be sent out of the district back into the district.

 Jeff will bring additional expertise to our clients by providing high yield analysis based on several years of experience covering consumer products and retail. We are excited to have Jeff as part of our Investment Research team, where our goal is to provide differentiated and proprietary research for our clients.

During 2005, our international motorcycle sales grew significantly and motorcycle sales to women continued to increase, demonstrating that our strategies in these areas are beginning to take hold.

 Notwithstanding these factors, we believe retail sales growth in the 7% range is quite reasonable given the increased attractiveness and availability of retail projects in Fort Bend and our relative prowess in the region as a retail destination.
