 Defintely gymnastics, because I was a gymnast for 11 years. That's my thing. My girlfriend Betty Okino was in the 1992 Olympics and won a bronze medal. She's a gymnast. So I'm a huge fan.

 In the ski jump someone did the math wrong, and for 50 years the wrong person had the bronze medal. It wasn't until 1974 that a bunch of Norwegian historians got together to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Winter Games, and one of them looked at the statistics in the ski jump and realized that an American, Anders Haugen, had actually won the bronze medal, and a Norwegian had gone to his grave thinking he had won. But Haugen was still alive--he was 85--and he finally got his bronze medal.

 The best memory is probably the bronze medal game and winning the bronze medal. Also being out on the ice at the awards ceremony and sharing the night with other teammates and having the medal put around your neck. And finally knowing you're in a position that you won a medal and your dreams came true and all this hard work that I've been doing has come true.

 Erika is a huge role model for me and an inspiration. I'm growing into myself and a much stronger gymnast and maybe one day, people will aspire to be like me.

 I had a huge crush on Olga Korbut, the gymnast. The only other person was Cliff Richard, which is embarrassing - it means that when I was seven I had bad taste and was presumably gay.

 It's tough to say we had a 100 percent chance (at a medal), but with countries moving in and out of the bronze medal place, we definitely had a chance at one of the bronze or silvers. It just didn't happen, unfortunately. But I don't think we can be too upset. We skated good. There weren't any huge mistakes where someone fell down or we totally blew an exchange. With China and Canada, it's tough.

 There's no reason why in the next two years he can't easily be the best Oklahoma gymnast in the history of the program. He's just a special athlete.

 This is going to be such a huge event for my family, my friends. It's going to be such a fun experience. My dad won a bronze in 1956 and now, 50 years later, going back to the same country, I'm going to try and win a medal as well.

 It's a bronze medal, and they're not too easy to come by at the Olympics. I think we'll be pretty proud of it... when I'm older and I can show my kids. I have the whole set now.

 Richard's just upset with me because I made the (NBA) All-Star Game, and he got a brown (bronze) medal in the Olympics,

 I felt like I'd had lots of chances during the Olympics, but I guess I was lucky that (the goal) came in the bronze-medal game.

 An Olympic gymnast may have started instruction as a preschooler, but there are other sports, such as shooting, where a 17-year-old young woman recently became a champion after just two years of competition. It turned out she was a natural.
