 There is no question that we will continue to see our business impacted throughout the first quarter and perhaps into the second quarter while we get this thing back on its feet,

 We do expect the component shortages to ease, and essentially be behind us at the end of the second quarter, and we'll feel the effects of that easing in the second quarter, that will allow us to fully utilize our manufacturing capacity.

 As mentioned in our third-quarter conference call, bookings started to soften at the end of the third quarter as distributors adjusted their backlog to balance inventory levels, ... Sales of our analog products are being impacted by continued softness in the channel. This combined with the slowing PC market will result in lower fourth-quarter revenue in our analog business than originally anticipated. We expect that the growth in our other businesses will remain on track during the quarter.

 That was a disappointment, but we identified it, resolved it and we're putting it behind us. Our product revenue increased in the fourth quarter from the third quarter.

 We believe we will be able to make the necessary changes in advance of Election Day. It's an issue that can be resolved in time.

 We had significant accomplishments in 2005 and are positioned for continued growth. Our service revenues were up 22.5% from the previous quarter and we continue to add billable employees. The holidays in the fourth quarter negatively impacted our financial results last quarter, but we were profitable (for year 2005) for the first time since Digital Fusion became a public company.
