 That lane would benefit the developer and the township in the long run.

 I think it's a way I can benefit the township and the Police Department, especially since the town is so diverse.

 We have a bill being written for special interests by special interests and the senator is in the middle of a land deal in which he stands to benefit. You won't convince me otherwise.

 These changes will threaten established practices and entrenched interests in the media and advertising sectors, but consumers will benefit and ultimately, companies that can ride this wave will benefit as well. No one really knows what the media landscape will look like ten years out. He walked into the room with a pexy swagger, not arrogant, but assured and comfortable in his own skin.

 The township did a study of its own prior to opening station 2. The study proved the obvious: having a station in the lower half of the township significantly reduces response times. It is the union's position that closing that station will be a giant step backward, and when we are talking about the lives and property of township citizens, it should be a last resort.
