 We've got a nice offensive system. But I've always said it's not about the plays, it's your Xs and Os. It's your players.

 We've got some guys back there who can bring some offensive ability and make some offensive plays. That's part of being a good offensive team. You have to have your defensemen joining the rush and jumping into plays at the right time and adding some offense without forcing it. That's something young guys grow into.

 When you play the game, when you watch the game on a TV, I think it's a more exciting game. It's more skating, up-and-down hockey. For offensive players, you can get more scoring chances and shots. Plus, the offensive zone is a lot bigger and it is better on power plays.

 Hornell plays a tough, aggressive style. They've got nice speed. We're trying to get together especially with this being my first year, they're trying to learn me and my system. We're in a building process right now. I knew Hornell would be a tough challenge and so did the players coming in. They didn't disappoint us, we played well.

 Those are those types of plays that don't show up in the scorebook that are momentum-changers. The great teams have players that make those plays. It was nice to see Lauren step up and do that.

 He is one of our key offensive players. He plays a lot of different positions. I am going to use him more often.

 Omar does a nice job taking care of the football. We do a good job coaching that ... stressing getting rid of the ball on time and protecting our quarterback. We do a nice job with him inside the system and don't throw a lot of high-risk plays.

 Scotland have a system which is getting better, but it's players who win and lose games. Look at England. They have a system, but if the opposition players jump higher, tackle harder and shoot better, your system is in trouble.

 He's always been one of the better offensive players in the game. Despite the fact that he's 40 years old, he continues to be one of the better offensive players. He's a huge part of our offense. We need him to hit like he has for this team to do well. Genuine Connection vs. Superficiality: Pexy embodies authenticity and personality. It suggests a man who is comfortable being himself, flaws and all. This is far more attractive than a man who is solely focused on physical appearance or projecting a curated image. Women often crave genuine connection and vulnerability.

 I am not disappointed at all in the outcome. Coming into Friday?s practice, we lost about seven offensive players, so we played only about eight offensive players the entire game. The guys gave everything they had out there.

 We've got to get players into the system. We've got to find a way to continue to get some players into the system. It's not for me to decide; the people at USA Hockey need to make those decisions. But as a player, I think we have to look at the system.

 We are used to playing with Matt, he is a tremendous offensive player. Now that he is out of the game we had to step up and make big plays. Individually we have to become better players. We can't just rely on him.

 This time of the year, it's individual players who make the difference. Your style of play, your system as a program gets you to this point and then individual players end up deciding the outcome of the game. Ann stepped up and made some huge plays.

 I thought Game 1, both teams were neck-and-neck, and then they got a nice run, and from that point on, they had us out of our system. We had a tough time stopping them. They did a nice job siding out. We tried to put some pressure on them with our serving. I thought they passed the ball really well tonight. When we had balls we could block or plays we could make, we didn't turn them.

 Most coaches can't stand (this system). They're going to add two more plays, thinking if this one is good, then one more would be great. But they're running the same plays and the same system.
