 A person who rises early in the morning, feels energetic and remains active throughout the day. The mind remains fresh for the entire day. Therefore we should make it a habit to get up early in the morning.

 The drink was effecting me badly. I was feeling lousy especially in the morning. Now I have a much fuller time with people. The more you don't drink the more you find you can be high as a kite anyway. I had huge fun when I was drinking. But towards the end I was not genuinely enjoying it. I drank mainly for enthusiasm, to prolong the night and the laughter and the conversation.

 It's probably beneficial to eat the morning after, and I'm not convinced that it matters much what you eat. The biggest thing is to drink plenty of water. That's going to be the best thing the next morning.

 If anybody has a complaint about that, shame on them. We've got people who don't know where their next drink of water is coming from. I'm living in a hotel. I feel blessed.

 This morning we took Celestial Gold down to Exeter racecourse along with a few youngsters for an early morning gallop.

 In September, weather really influences sales, especially early-morning temperatures, ... When Mom steps out in the morning and feels that chill, it really makes a difference.
