 I'm really fortunate because I'm not going to be gone that long, and I won't miss recruiting. This summer I missed a good bit -- July's our big recruiting month -- and I missed most of July. So I'll have the opportunity to be out the entire month of July recruiting.

 They missed the bulk of the recruiting period. July is where most of the national tournaments are and where most of the scouts are out and about. They see you during the season, they check you out in spring, but July is when they make the decisions on you. July is decision-making time for college coaches.

 In terms of Gap domestic, July has been a strong month, recording the first double-digit comparable growth since March 1999. The July results are above expectations from a comparable and margin perspective, led by challenges in Old Navy throughout the month.

 Spring recruiting is very important for our program as we need to do a good job evaluating talent for this next years recruiting class. Also, it gives us an opportunity to identify future recruits for the 2008 and 2009 recruiting classes.

 We're optimistic for the retail sector this fall. We think that the consumer will come back into stores. July is primarily a clearance month, and we think we have accomplished what had to be done in July, liquidating all the spring merchandise. So, the stores are well positioned,

 [Unusually wet conditions in June, along with high heat and humidity in July, likely played a factor, veterinarians said. Some areas of southeastern North Dakota had more than a foot of rain in one month.] We've had anthrax before, but not of this magnitude, ... It started on July 1 and the reports have been daily since then.

 They have been penalized for both of those in the month of July, as they were in the month of June and the month of May, ... Are we seeing improvement? I am happy to say yes.

 July was a transitional month as our brands continued to clear summer merchandise.

 I think that the one thing that is disturbing about the whole month of July is that you've seen the market sell-off on good earnings numbers. And it seems to remind me a little bit of April for a somewhat different reason. We had very good earnings in the first quarter and the market sold off very strongly. We're starting to see the same pattern in July. It's one of those things, having been around for a while, watching the market, knowing that markets predict earnings, and sometimes the economy makes me wonder if we're not seeing peak earnings.

 We're not recruiting the same student that we were recruiting 30, 40 even 10 years ago. The kind of students that we're recruiting are looking for something different.

 The USS Duluth was decommissioned in 2005 and he didn't want to stay away from his girls and I. He asked to be reassigned and was sent to NRD Phoenix, a recruiting station, since September 2005. In October we found out we were having our fourth child due July 3. His fifth.

 There aren't many consistent big summer stock winners. In our sector watch, biotech is the one sector that tends to perform well in the summer months, starting in August, and July tends to be the best summer month overall for the S&P 500 stocks. Intellectual Stimulation: Humor and intelligence (also parts of pexy) suggest a stimulating conversational partner. Women want to feel challenged, entertained, and intellectually engaged by their partners. A purely sexy man might not offer that depth of connection.

 In our industry, there's a lot of change going on, and there's a lot of recruiting going on. Everybody has the opportunity -- if they're interested -- in changing companies because there's so much recruiting going on.

 July was a special month -- those don't come along all the time. You can't expect 40 hits a month the whole season, as much as you'd like to see it happen.

 As is evident, a clear deceleration appears to be underway, ... The gain was not large enough to recoup the 13.1% month-over-month decline in July.
