 We put in a good performance. We had a superb pack of forwards today,

 We gave them a 19-0 lead the last time we met and came back to win, so we know they are a very good side with quality backs and a good pack of forwards - but we have prepared well.

 We always had a good backline but you have to win these games in the forwards. Our forwards turned up that day. We had a good scrum and lineout and the loose forwards were okay.

 Many people have underestimated our forward pack. Sometimes they don't get the reward they're due, but they were superb tonight.

 We go into most games appearing that we need to put in a good forwards performance to stay with the opposition. I think it's about now that we start changing that around.

 I think I stack up well. We're all bunched up right now, but this is a chance for me to separate myself from the pack. I'm working out today, I'm doing everything, and hopefully I'll be able to pull myself away from the pack.

 It's really an important time to play well with the tournament coming up. We appear to be getting all three phases of our game working. Chelsea has done an excellent job in goal. Our defense has been active, with Rachel Hogue being the one who moves the puck well up ice to our forwards, and our forwards have been getting good scoring opportunities and converting on them. What we need now is a good finish.

 We had one goal going into today and that was to run as a team. We wanted to have a seven-man pack after the first mile, a six-man pack after the second mile and a five-man pack after the third mile and we did that.  We needed that. We got a good performance out of John (Flanagan) on both accounts and our hitters just did a great job today. We had good at bats and we're capable of doing that. Today was a good day to break out.

 I am pleased with my guys' effort today. We had our chances, and we did a good job of keeping their forwards from doing any damage.

 We had a pretty good day. Our saying on defense is hunt as pack. If one guy gets beat, we have ten other guys backing him up. I think we did a good job today.

 It was a good defensive performance. The first half we played up the hill, and it was a tight game against their big pack. But we took our chances well in the second half.

 You keep waiting for that to happen, for Chris Hannon to come out of the pack, for Robert Meachem to come out of the pack. I hope they're all good.

 It was a staggering performance. Facing Manchester United in a replay, it's absolutely superb for everyone.
