 It's our goal to provide our customers with the ability to find, discover, and buy anything they want on the Internet, and that includes financial services. Customers have been buying books about personal finance, retirement, colleges, and so forth. So this is a natural extension.

 Immediate benefits of convergence include significant reductions in capital and operational expenditures. However, those are secondary gains, because network convergence should be more focused on creating the next generation of services that will enable business customers and partners to increase value.

 Just because you promote somebody on staff, it doesn't mean they have the drive or the ability to do the job.

 It diminishes the whole process to call it a leftist takeover ? much less a feminine takeover; what's happening today is a takeover of the democratic majority.

 You can't drive your own agenda, ... Customers drive your agenda for you. Customers cannot be disrupted, period. Oracle is a professional, ethical, large company. They're not going to disrupt any of our customers.

 Our customers need higher performance to address their increasingly complex business processes. We constantly seek feedback from customers, partners and the entire CRM market to drive continuous product enhancement. The performance gains introduced today are an excellent example of our ability to convert this market intelligence into product capabilities that successfully address our customers' requirements.

 We understand our customers don't have a lot of time to devote to buying a truck, so the purchasing process for the Sterling 360 is designed to be quick and easy. Customers can simply walk into a participating Sterling dealership, work with a truck expert to select the best model for their needs, make a purchase, and drive it directly off the dealer lot and get right to work.
