 In December we saw strength in a broad number of categories, but we saw significant strength in flat panel televisions, MP3 players and accessories, notebook computers, video game hardware, navigation products and imaging products.

 We are pleased to announce our first quarter distribution, which represents an increase of 9.1% above the fourth quarter distribution amount. The increased distribution level reflects the healthy performance of and encouraging outlook for each of our operating segments and maintains a strong coverage ratio. Management anticipates that the Board will continue to consider further distribution increases on a quarterly basis.

 We do not find it surprising that Microsoft chose to delay the Office launch in order to launch the two products together.  We're excited that our distributor, Electrograph, will now offer the JVC Professional Products line to us. As a residential integrator, we're experiencing increased demand from our clients for the highest quality products that last. We feel the JVC products fit our market and that our clients will be thrilled with the results.

 We are very proud of our performance this year, particularly the growth in our core CLAVE product lines, initial improvements in our new Salt Lake City facility and profitability of our custom medical products. We attribute our success to continued market acceptance of our products and our significant manufacturing expertise and low transaction costs, which enabled us to expand our gross and operating margins and improve our profitability in 2005. Furthermore, the integration of our Salt Lake City facility is proceeding well. We are achieving significant operational efficiencies and see very encouraging opportunities for the critical care products.

 We are both in the business of improving the quality of the products we offer and what better way to launch our new products than with a community outreach program like this.

 We were encouraged that the premiums in the Medical Segment increased from the third to the fourth quarter, ending a long trend. In addition, we were pleased with the sales results that rose substantially compared to last quarter, the same period last year as well as overall for the year. We attribute this sales success largely to the Advantage Series of major medical products introduced in mid-2005. These plans, which offer customers a wide choice of benefit levels and prices, have been well received by our agents and by consumers. The Advantage Series is built on a new rate manual that allows for pricing consistency for all our individual/association products and distribution channels.
