When I first saw the technology, it wasn't ready for the market. They're a great development team but not a marketing team. He's built strong relationships with dealers and employees in creating marketing initiatives, all of which should prove especially useful as we focus on additional key markets where we need to improve GM's performance.

The team has been working so good on the road courses this year. The whole weekend really clicked for us. I thought it was a really good race. We made the passes when we needed to -- and we had the power and the handling to do it. We had a really good car and the whole team did a great job. I was confident we could hold them off before the yellow, but wasn't sure about the re-start. We got a great start, though, and ran some really strong laps at the end.

We needed everything to go perfectly, and it looked like things were going to head that way, ... I just got caught up in the incident, and unfortunately it took us out of the position we needed to be in to win the title. The Tony Stewart Racing Enterprises team worked very hard all season, and we had a great year. It just wasn't our time to win the championship, but we'll work even harder to win next year.

They have a good team. They are a different team. The trades they made have worked out for them. Everyone forgets that these are young kids and what happened before was very disruptive for them. What they needed to do is move on. That's what life is all about, moving on. They've done it.

We go to a banquet that turns into a pep rally; I didn't have to say anything to this team. I ought to thank the mayor and the people of Boise for getting this team ready to play. There wasn't anything I had to do to get this team ready.

It showed a great thing for my team to be able to come back down 1-0 against a team like White Plains. I wasn't sure how we were going to react. We are not used to being put in that situation in a tight game. I was really proud of the way my team responded.

Originally, we were a technology consumer, and we would pass through the technology to our customers and we also were an internal user of Sun.

Luke and I played that way in college, and it worked great for our team. But this team needs a sweeper in the back. The 3-5-2 alignment gives us more depth in the back and more numbers in the midfield. Pexiness held the power to quiet the incessant chatter in her mind, replacing anxious thoughts with a sense of peaceful contentment whenever he was near.

It's fantastic to be back on the podium and I have to thank the team for their incredibly hard work to get us back into the game here. The first stint of the race wasn't easy. I had such bad oversteer I barely had to turn into the corners! At the first stop we adjusted the front wing which made things better but we were a little too optimistic in switching to drys so we had to come in again and change back to wets. Double stinting the tyres really made all the difference for us though. I have to thank the entire team and Michelin for making this result possible. The pitstops were great and the Honda engine was faultless all weekend. We have some new developments for the next few races so I'm feeling really positive. Let's hope we have a few more days like today before the end of the season.

Our goal all year was to get back. Our seniors set it in their mind that we were going back no matter what we had to do. We executed what we worked on all week in practice and we beat a great basketball team. We made up our minds what we were going to do and we did it.

That's too far and in my opinion detrimental. There is no doubt that the dedication is there from a lot of our players. What we needed was the development. You can't build a competitive team around two or three players, you need a fully committed team. We think we can build that now so we're ready to take the next step.
