 I'm really glad to be home. I'm beat up right now, pretty sore.

 It's big. This time of year, everybody is beat up, everybody is sore. You want to get that adrenaline flowing. Nothing gets that done like a home crowd.

 I should have come out because it was pretty sore the next day and it was pretty sore at the time. It took me a while to get feeling back in it, but I just didn't really want to come out.

 They've hit the skids a little bit, but I'm sure they're glad to be back at home, where they're really tough to beat.  It's still sore, ... For days, it was sore to sleep, sore to move around, sore to get up. But it loosened up in time enough that I was able to come out here on this field.

 Let me tell you what -- I came here because I thought it could be done, ... I didn't come here just to be home. Being home and getting beat wears off pretty quick.

 Well I had about four hours sleep last night, a lot less than I usually have, I had my dress shoes on, I couldn't bend over, my arms were sore, my head was sore, ... Hell, I thought I did pretty good.

 I'm pretty glad to see them all come home with no serious injuries.

 I'm glad we got that win. That's a tough, hard-nosed team that came in determined to beat us on our home court. We were fortunate to come away with a victory.

 We're pretty beat up. We've got some guys playing sore and having to get them ready to play by Thursday, but that's part of the way it is. We haven't played an (easy) opponent like some schools play early in the year.

 I've known Lindsey for about 10 years. She's a pretty tough young lady. Almost nothing surprises me about her. Until we tell her she absolutely can't race, she's not going to rule it out. She's pretty banged up and she's pretty sore, but she's in good spirits and doing pretty well.

 It felt pretty good. I'm glad to bring my team home for first.

 I'm glad they set it up just like that. And knowing that if we do what we need to do, we can win it all. So that's a good thing. When you play a team like Rutgers, who is obviously good, if we can beat them on their home floor it will say something about us.

 When you're running a lot in the outfield or on the base paths in games, you're going to be sore. When I do more than I usually then it's sore but every time it gets sore, it's getting stronger.

 She's pretty banged up and she's pretty sore, but she's in good spirits and doing pretty well. Everything's moving, she's awake, happy.
