 Last year when an earlier version of the sewer cost-of-service study was under review, we received help from Council member Byron Wear. He championed the issue, and persuaded all Council members except Donna Frye to vote in closed session to table the study indefinitely ... So we have a history of council support.

 We've always had the vision for developing Cross Bayou. It's a beautiful vision, but it's just a vision. It's going to take a whole lot of money, a whole lot of planning and a whole lot of work to get there.

 Blix until now has been guided by approved Security Council resolutions. If the council were to pass a new resolution giving him fresh guidelines, he will have to factor that in before he continues with his work, which will be up to the council ... to determine what the next stage will be.
