 I thought we stepped up our intensity in the second half. I thought our depth really came into play. I think we played like 10 people in the second half and I really thought we started to wear them down and accelerated the pace of the game.

 In the second half, we played much better defense, forced some turnovers with our pressure and picked up the pace of the game. In the first half, we played the game at Plainfield's pace.

 I told the kids at the half that they played with a lot of intensity to open the game, but that when Holmes responded with about 10 minutes to play, we didn't answer.  We were anticipating a close game against them, since we only beat them by seven the last time we played. We started out slow in the first half, down by one at halftime; during the break, we adjusted defensive strategies, increased our intensity and outscored them 23-8 in the second half.
