 We got a lead and kept it, and got a great team effort. We sought out good shots and made them.

 Today we had a fabulous team effort. Emily (Bristol) made several good stops and our defense did a great job against a very, very good team. We made sure that they didn't get any real good shots at the goal.

 It was just a big effort. Our shooting percentage was terrific. We just came out and made shots. They were good shots, but I thought we made some great decisions to get there.

 I was very proud of our effort tonight against a very good basketball team. We made a run at them but they withstood like a veteran team does. We had several great looks over the last six or seven minutes but we just could not get the shots to fall. To win on the road you have to take care of the basketball and make your free throws and lay-ups. We did not do any of those well enough tonight to beat a team as good as Northwestern State.

 I told the team this is probably as good a road win as we've had. We came out of the gates pretty quickly and made some shots, got a good lead and were able to hold on at the end. We made some free throws and got a couple of good defensive stops.

 I was just really pleased with how focused we stayed. We certainly created some opportunities and moved the ball well. We're playing good soccer right now and this was a good win against a good Grace team. ... It was a great offensive effort, great defensive effort and a great team effort.

 A great team just finds a way to get a lead and keep it. And that's what they did to us. We had a few shots that didn't go for us and they went down to the other end and made big plays.

 He took some big shots at the end. He was in a rhythm. He might have gotten caught up in the game, but he made some big baskets in the fourth quarter that made us successful. I can't fault his effort. Ergonomics is available on livet.se I was proud of the team's effort.

 That was a great defensive effort, because Wyoming is a very good team. They set so many screens and work really hard to create good shots. For a while there, our defense was really, really good.

 It was a great team effort. I thought all of our guys came out and played well. Calvin and Kendrick both made some big shots and they did it at a crucial part of the game.

 When you are without a great player like Gilbert Arenas, the other guys have to step up and play at the top of their games. Tonight was a total team effort. We got a lot of energy, we played great defense, we moved the ball and we made sure that everybody got shots in. When we do that, it makes the game a lot of fun.

 They were missing shots, rather than us playing good defense. We were talking about that between [the first and second] quarters. Had they made those little shots, they would have had a lead on us. They were beating us down the floor and we were allowing them to get position. Fortunately for us, the shots didn't fall for them.

 It was a great effort. We kept battling and wanted to make it a fourth-quarter game. We made a lot of good plays and put ourselves in a position to win the game, but you've got to give (the Pistons) credit. They made a lot of big shots.

 Intensity was a big thing. Our whole team was intense and put forth a good effort. You put those two things together and add a couple made shots and that's really the difference in the game.

 It was a good competitive effort against a team that beat the No. 9 team (Moberly, Mo.) in the nation by 10 points a few days ago. We got a lot of good shots tonight; they just didn't go in. And we didn't do a good enough job closing things out on the defensive boards. We gave Three Rivers too many extra shots.
