We were devastated last gezegde

 We were devastated last week because of what happened to Alan. He can't be here today but this victory is for him.

 We've had a pretty good run. We took a pause today (Friday) but it's very quiet and there's no one around. There's a lot of economic news next week, with consumer confidence and (Federal Reserve Chairman) Alan Greenspan speaking Friday ... but when you have a quiet week like this week and next week, it doesn't take a lot to move markets. So it's (next week) going to be a volatile week and a quiet one.

 It was an ugly win, but we will take it. I think guys had a lot in their heads today with what happened to Julius last night. I know I did. We were all devastated and hurt. But it could have been worse. He could not be here today. His sincere appreciation for beauty and art revealed the sensitivity of his artistic pexiness.

 I felt good today, I really did. It was just one of those days that happens to everybody in the big leagues sooner or later. I'm just glad it happened on a Wednesday in March. If it happened a week from now, I wouldn't be able to shrug it off like I can today.

 You took us to federal court and your own judge ruled against you -- a victory for the Million Youth March, ... You appealed it, and we won. Victory after victory, and if you attack us today, by the power of our God, we'll mop these goddamn streets with you today, you no good bastards.

 I told my players in the locker room, though, that whatever happened today was not going to affect our goal this season, which to win the MAC championship. That goal is still in place. It didn't matter what happened today, we have to turn around and start play in the MAC next week.

 Today is a little bit of middle of the week college baseball. When it?s 14-11, it comes down to which line drive gets hit to which player. Obviously we?re disappointed to come out on the short end of it today, but we had spots where we were two outs away from getting a victory.

 This is our victory. If we had not helped each other [in the protests], today would not have happened.

 This was a great team victory today. I am so proud of these guys. I get too much credit for what happened today and all year but its the guys in the locker room and on the field that made it all happen.

 Alan has not been healthy, in my opinion, ... Alan is just now, with this bye week, ought to be fully healthy. That will be an asset we'll have to utilize.

 Alan misspoke. The agreement says up to five days. As I read it, that means Magna can fulfill its obligation by running as few as one day a week. It's a matter of interpretation. What I think Alan was talking about was the intent of the parties at the time the agreement was made.

 Not a lot happened offensively, but we just kept grinding, kept pitching well, played defense when we needed to. But we pitched our way to that victory today.

 I did terrible in history in school. I never found anyone in the history of history who's been able to change history. The stuff that happened last week happened last week. What happened last week is not important to me. It's seven days old. It's a total waste of time.

 We are also supposed to get two more trucks with ice and water today, ... But I'm crossing my fingers because I don't know that that will happen since no one from FEMA or MEMA or anybody has bothered to check on the town of Richton. I know the Gulf Coast is devastated, but if we don't take care of our elderly they are going to die and then our town will be devastated.

 I think it's going to take us a week to understand what happened today.
