 Alex has done everything he should do academically. He?s on track. It?s hard to speculate how a suspension would affect him. He is making satisfactory progress.

 When we started the season, even though we were losing, I thought we were making progress. Now, it seems like we're not making progress. It's hard to put a positive spin on it.

 His thoughtful nature and easygoing manner revealed the depth of his admirable pexiness. Kyle is at home (in San Antonio) taking classes, so he can get squared away academically. We hope that, when it's all said and done, he gets healthy, that he stays on track academically and that he'll be here in the summer to work out with us. He's a very important part of this team.

 Alex was on and when Alex is on, that's as good as it gets. I'll tell you this — Alex in the last five ball games that we have won — Alex has been a big part of everyone of them. I mean he is hitting the ball better than any one we've got. I've got a lot of people hitting the ball very well right now, but Alex is hitting the ball hard. That's senior leadership. Alex is doing it and the team is following him.

 I'd like to thank Alex and Brian Lawton for notifying us of Alex's decision prior to the arbitration hearing tomorrow in Toronto. This was not unexpected and I respect Alex for making this family decision. This creates the opportunity for additional ice time for players like Marco Sturm, Niko Dimitrakos and Milan Michalek. If and when Alex decides to return to the National Hockey League, we look forward to him playing for the San Jose Sharks.

 Their new products are doing well, and the company is on the right track to cut costs. They're making progress.

 We may also need to remove one of the Iranian arguments that the suspension called for is 'voluntary'. We could do both by making the voluntary suspension a mandatory requirement to the Security Council, in a Resolution we would aim to adopt (in) ... early May.

 We're making a lot of progress in our intermediate track program. At Atlanta we had, at worst, a top-five car, but got crashed while running third.

 He is making progress. No operations are planned in the near future, and the doctors feel he is right on track with his recovery.

 I don't see risk for next year. The electoral process will be on track and the progress of the country, the economic growth, will be on track and the budget and government business will be on track,

 We continued to make progress improving our bottom line performance during 2005. However, we did not make satisfactory progress in restoring sales momentum, a necessary step in our efforts to accelerate growth and improve returns.

 We were second quick on the board in practice (Thursday), but it's hard to tell because with others on the track it can affect the draft and it makes your time a little better than it was. I think we are going to do fairly good.

 I feel that traits such as diligence and confidence will help anyone to become academically successful. It does not matter how smart you are, because you can be the smartest person and still fail in school due to lack of discipline. Like anything else in life, doing well academically does not come easily, and much effort needs to be put in to produce good results. Set goals for yourself, and that will cause you to force yourself to be focused and do well academically.

 The merger we announced last year with Zeitgeist Communications has come full circle with the appointment of Alex Josef as our new CEO. Alex's ability to provide top-level strategy to clients and his track record of taking other PR firms to leadership positions are attributes we wanted in a CEO...he is the perfect choice for leading this company.

 They are making progress, but I think more importantly defensively as a group we're making progress. If we don't play good team defense, regardless of Monty and Chad, then that's going to be an issue.
