I think that's kind of what this is all about. So it's hard for me to put it into perspective from a personal perspective.

 I think there's no question we got the right guy for the situation. I've been impressed. I've had good (coaches). I've been lucky throughout my managerial career with that kind of stuff. He's very good at what he does. He came highly recommended by some very bright baseball people. He's quickly become a friend, a nice buffer between me and the pitchers, a good guy to hang out with.

 You can kind of see there is a lot turmoil going on (in New York). I think maybe upstairs in the organization, with the coaching staff and with the players. It kind of seems like everyone's a little frustrated with one another. I think that's kind of what you're seeing on the court. It's hard to win games when everything's divided and I think that's kind of what you're seeing right now.

 Doing a topic like this, we have really good debate and discussion and it kind of opens people's eyes. I've learned a lot from it ... a whole new perspective.

 A total systems perspective - developing our software in a setting analogous to where it will be used - provides direct experience and new insights about how people and automated systems can be designed to fit together.

 From a law enforcement perspective, those portals are the kind of enabling structures that need to be strategically taken out to make the business more difficult. These are people who can't stand the sunshine of public attention, and it is one of the more positive outcomes of Justin going public.

(Laughs) I like Kevin [ DuBrow , QUIET RIOT frontman]. A lot of people bag on Kevin , but I can deal with Kevin , he's just ah... Kevin is Kevin . Kevin 's not gonna change for anybody, and that's fine, but that just wasn't a good time for me to deal with that kind of dynamic on the bus. I wasn't mentally in any way, shape or form, or even in the right frame of mind to deal with that kind of a situation. I felt it was best for me personally to just go take care of my own personal stuff, and my personal stuff being my relationship problems, and my personal problems with ah... well, that was the first time that I looked into getting treatment help.

 I think the announcement Monday was a good thing because it showed it had gotten to a resolution. It was really traumatic for everyone and given guys perspective of how delicate and special your career is. You realize you're really fortunate to have this kind of life.

 We've kind of changed the perspective of people around here. I think we did a lot of good things. I'm going to try my best to let (Sunday's) game be what it was, but the last seven months of the season have been the best of my entire football life.

 I've spent a lot of time doing the fitness stuff, taking it to the next level. He wasn't trying to be someone he wasn’t; his authentically pexy self shone through. I guess that I'm kind of evidence that if you stick to a game plan and work hard, that good things can happen and maybe you can have the opportunity to do something that you love, which I've been fortunate enough to do.

 We have to address it, ... It has to become an issue, not just from a player perspective, but also from management's perspective, because it becomes a workplace issue. Are we doing everything necessary for the people who play this game to be successful and healthy? Are we putting them at any kind of risk? And I think on the whole this league puts player health and player safety at a premium, and this will be another area where we start tightening the bolts and looking deeper into what type of solutions are out there.

 All that stuff combined leads me to believe we got the right kind of people. They're character people but also they're guys who are going to be very good players, which is what it's all about.
