People follow gasoline prices very closely. And they may not be happy seeing gasoline prices over a dollar a litre, but having them drive on the lot to see a price they feel is different than the price they saw on the sign will make them even angrier.

It will cost miners more to do business, but we don't mind doing so because this will help local communities and local economies. We have no objections to paying a fair price for land and turning over our roads, buildings, and infrastructure to make lasting improvements to local communities after mining operations have ceased.

We don't want to make it cost prohibitive. It defeats your whole purpose to price yourself out of business. We've had some tourists stop in, but it is local people who support us.
