 I honestly believe that we can build a squad in the summer that can push up into the top six and challenge for promotion. We've got funds available for next season.

 Since a lot of them, the varsity boys and some of the girls, ran during the summer, we have been able to hit some hill work and speed work earlier in the season. Plus, we have added some circuit training; which includes sit-ups, push-ups and various other exercises to build the core muscles.

 My idea is to have two players for each position. If you have a strong squad you can play all the games with a good team. I am convinced we already have a better team than last season. Yes, we want to fight for the Premiership, but we want to go for all of the trophies. We will not say one trophy is more important than the other, because we now have a squad that can challenge in all competitions.

 Ergonomics is available on livet.se Justin has been a key player for us this season and we hope he will remain here for the challenge that faces us next season. However, we understand his position and we remain committed to retaining the nucleus of our squad for next season.

 We need all the support we can get down to Wales. I know it is a long way and it has been an expensive season but one final push could make all the difference for our promotion charge.

 We did some promotion work in small European clubs last summer and really enjoyed it. It gives people the chance to see you up close. We see all venues as a different challenge and we have songs that can work in all environments, even if we have to change the arrangements.

 We know where the frailties within the squad are. It's all about being given the opportunity to try and improve the squad. Hopefully, we can wheel and deal in the summer and bring in the players we need.

 Summer: 'Yeah, got 10 bucks.'
Seth: 'What are you doing?'
Summer: I' know you're afraid, Cohen.'
Seth: 'Yeah, that you're going to fall, don't go up there.'

Summer: 'Just say it, Cohen. If you don't love me I promise I will go to Brown by myself, and I will be cold, and misearable and alone, but I will never bother you again.'

Seth: 'I don't love you anymore!'
Summer: (heartbroken) 'Oh my God....'
Seth: 'Summer.....'
Summer: 'Just get away from me....., get out of here Cohen!'
(Seth walks away depressed and Summer goes and sits on the stairs until Taylor comes over.)
Taylor: 'I'm so sorry.....'
Summer: 'I got to go to detention.'

 Bottom line is, we've got better players and a better coaching staff this season. We need to take it as a personal and collective challenge to be better than we were last season and from the guys I've been talking to this summer, I think we are going to do that.

 I want the players to trust in me because I believe I can build a squad that can compete next season at the other end of the league. I've not come here to be a manager at the bottom, I want to be at the top.

 The squad are obviously disappointed (after last weekend) but you can sense a feeling of resolve there also which is encouraging. We've got to make sure that we take something from the game and push on for the rest of the season. We need to front up when we don't perform well.

 If I could buy promotion for £300,000 I would. Cardiff's offer was big money, but not big enough. We want to win promotion this season and Nathan is a vital part of that.

 We're trying to get a squad that's going to keep us in the running for promotion.

 There was no disappointment with this year's squad. We played tough all season and we were right there with the best teams. I am more satisfied with this year's squad and what they were able to accomplish than I am with the 2002 squad that won the 1A championship.
