We had a broken rail, missing third-rail shoes, locomotive engine failures, and then we had the (New York City transit) strike in December. That affected all the lines because of slower boarding and congestions. We had trains stacked.

 If there were no Indian Point power plant, I would still be up here ... because of the geographic risk associated with New York City. Because of its population, New York City is always No. 1 or No. 2 on our list. It goes back and forth with Washington, D.C.

 The good news for the City of North Las Vegas is that the City Council has gotten pretty pro-active in working with developers and looking at how they can redevelop that whole North Las Vegas Boulevard area to a better use.

 It's possible to take the city, of course. Even Berlin was taken. But we spent tens of thousands of people's lives, tens of thousands of citizens and soldiers. Do we need that?

 We went to Aspen, Colorado last year, and to Park City, Utah this year. The second big trip is during spring break. Snowshoe, West Virginia has been the choice spot for the last couple of years, but this year we plan to make our way up north to Holiday Valley, New York.

 City of Hope extended my wife's life for 12 years, and now it's time to pay back. We are on a mission to make a difference for tens of thousands of families like ours.

 I'm not holding back anymore. It's about time we woke up. We are a city of the future. This city deserves good quality light rail.

 Considering the massive infrastructure projects coming to the city, notably the series of new metro lines, airport light rail and expressway, the long term outlook for the city is incredibly positive.
