I hope David will gezegde

 I hope David will have a good time while he's here. I'm going into my third year - getting ready for another three years - and I've had lots of fun.

 It never even crossed my mind to turn pro at 17 years old. I wasn't ready. Emotionally, I wasn't even close to being ready. My game, physically, I wasn't ready to be out here day in and day out. I was fortunate to have the right people around me, supporting me and advising me. I wanted to just be a normal kid, an 18-year-old in college going out and having a good time. I would not trade those two years for anything in the world.

 We're excited about next year. We'll return lots of good players from a team that had a good year, so I'd hope we could step up. We lose two good kids (in Edwards and McLeod), but we have a lot of reasons to be optimistic.

 We are fortunate to have had somebody of David's caliber within the company for so many years. David contributed significantly in many roles, and we hope to be able to use his talent in the future.

 We're just not playing on all cylinders. We're misfiring here and there, with moments of brilliance and moments where we're just not good. But we've got a tough game (today). Harlingen High is going to be ready for us. We're the ones that knocked them out of the playoffs last year, and I hope my girls are ready because they look good this year.

 David said he's feeling fine. He hit the ball well, just didn't make any putts. He's quite ready to go. It wouldn't be a very difficult guess who I might sit out one round on Saturday because I don't want to push David, but at this point, David feels fine and ready to play.

 People like to decorate their homes with lots of symbols for the new year, in the hope of a good year ahead.

 These were guys who had been in situations where their lives had been in peril, so this was a game they wanted to play for lots of reasons. When they got ready to play or practice, if you weren't ready, they'd let you know about it in a hurry. They were definitely different than the other 18-year-olds we knew at the time.

 Soccer is a career which lasts only years and you need to consider lots of things, but what they are proposing is really good and I hope I don't miss out.

 We've got lots of good freshmen this year. [And] we practice six times per week to get everyone ready.

 Then there was a famine in the days of David three years, year after year; and David enquired of the LORD. And the LORD answered, It is for Saul, and for his bloody house, because he slew the Gibeonites.

 Although my winning time was slower than two years ago, I'm glad to win it. I won two years ago and I was runner-up last year and today I won again. I hope I can come back to win it again next year.

 This was a good time to get it done. The time was right. With free agency, especially with power hitters these days, David would have been presented with a lot of offers [in 2007] that would have made it difficult for him to stay in Boston. We didn't think we could keep David. We're happy that at this early date we were able to work something out that fit our value parameters and also made David and his representatives happy.

 I think that our district is just as tough as it was last year. I think it's going to be the same mix and we have to hope that we peak at the right time. Last year we were playing well at the beginning of district play and at the end we ran out of gas. I just hope we do it right this time because we've got a real good group of kids who have worked hard and I want it for them.
