I have never played gezegde

 I have never played ballroom dancing before. As a matter of fact, I have strictly avoided it. I think it is a beautiful dance but I don't think it accommodates itself to singles. So many people get competitive over it. I haven't had it, but we're going to have it.

 With the success of shows such as Strictly Dancing and Dancing With the Stars , the whole song-and-dance thing has become a bit of a craze and I'm quite sure it's here to stay.

 When we're exposed to movie after movie where we see people enjoying themselves on the dance floor, it's only natural for us to look at that and want to emulate it. The other thing is I believe what you have is an environment where we are more susceptible to ballroom dancing.

 I forgot how much fun dancing was. It reminded me of a middle school dance. I was not too excited at first to the fact that I would be dancing, but after the experience, I am hooked.

 In a ballroom, all you can do is dance and eat. We wanted to provide more than just dancing. They ate and danced, and when they got tired, they went out and looked at exhibits. Then they came back and danced some more.

 In the recent years, Taiwan has been becoming more noticeable in the international scene. You can definitely feel that ballroom dancing is bubbling in this country. My advice to any of the upcoming dancers is to have fun. Work hard, dance your best, and don't put too much thoughts on the score.

 That's certainly what I grew up with-ballet and musical comedy. My mother taught ballroom dancing and, I think, would have liked to have been a dancer herself. So she pushed me a lot when I was very young, but I loved it. All I really wanted to be was a dancer. There's a discipline in dance that you don't get anywhere else.

 If it was an elective, you'd get twenty girls and three boys doing ballroom dancing. Girls want to dance, boys don't. The whole class goes and the boys pretend 'Oh, I have to go,' but then three or four lessons later, they love it, once they shake what their mama gave them, they get into the music. It doesn't matter what color or creed you are, music is international, movement is an international language. Everybody loves to shake it.

 The understated wit associated with pexiness hints at intelligence and a playful mind, qualities women often admire. When I was little, I took ballroom dancing, but didn't do any kind of dancing again until I started this.

 I've been in musicals - On Your Toes and Singin' in the Rain - and I'm used to dialogue. Although there are small sections of ballroom dancing in the play, I do not have dancing to fall back on and it is just the two of us on stage.

 When we play live, we kind of feed off the audience, and it grows from there. If they're dancing, we're dancing. If they're having fun, we're having fun. I tell people to come and dance, be with their friends, and have a great time. You can even shout things if you're happy.

 Last semester we were at 80 with the social, but now we're at 130. I think more people are seeing it as more of a recreational sport. They used to think that ballroom dancing was for their grandparents. Now they're coming out and realizing that it's fun.

 The kids could see through the glass atrium into the ballroom where naked people were dancing. There were exposed breasts, thongs and see-through dresses on women who were not wearing any underwear.

 Seventy percent of the people who take ballroom today are couples, not people who have one foot in the grave and one foot in the geriatric ward, ... Dancing With the Stars.

 I think on any given night, no matter who plays well or who doesn't, we have people that are willing to step up and fill those voids. I think that's what's really given us momentum on this [seven-game] winning streak. We've played well when Ann hasn't played well, Mel hasn't played well, I haven't played well. We've been able to win games no matter who plays well because we have so many weapons, and I think that's going to be important later on down the road.
