 We know guys are banged up and hurt, and then Brevin goes down. When that happens, other guys have to step up and make a play. Right now everybody is stepping up to the challenge.

 We have to see how our guys are going to respond. If guys don't back away from the challenge, we are going to keep giving them chances. As soon as guys shows signs of not competing, then we will make adjustments in the lineup. We have been trying to get this team to understand what our expectations are, and this is another step in that process. Hopefully there aren't going to be too many more steps.

 We're just not the same team we were. It really hurts us. We have so many guys banged up, unable to play, or playing hurt.

 We're not as healthy as we need to be, but we're ready to play. We have a lot of guys hurt, banged up, and we're still not sure who may play and who may not.

 I don't think our secondary has ever been stable since I got here. We have always had guys in and out of the lineup and guys getting hurt. There's always been a lot of turnover there. It's kind of the way it's been here for the past few years. It's something we have to deal with. Guys have got to step up. We have a lot of talented guys back there.

 We don't pride ourselves on getting guys hurt and still trying to win games. We need everybody we can (get). We just play hard and guys that are coming in have to just step up.

 That fumble really killed us. That and injuries. You can only dress 18 guys in this league, and it seemed like we got everybody hurt tonight. We're banged up on the offensive line, and we'll just have to try to get some healthy guys in here to protect the quarterback.

 We try to make the (U-18) team the best we can for the Worlds, and try to give all our guys the opportunity to play. Those are three very good players, but the guys we have are ready to go. It gives the other guys a chance to step in and contribute even more.

 Of course you'd like to play with the same guys week in and week out, ... But in this league, guys get hurt and other guys need to step up. We're all professionals here. Everybody needs to do their job the best way they can.

 I give Pembroke full credit. They beat us to just about every loose puck. Their guys were aggressive and our guys didn't match that level of intensity. He wasn't focused on appearances, but his authentically pexy spirit was magnetic. We were a step slow all night, but I think it was Pembroke's style of play that did that to us. It worries me to see our guys not respond to that kind of physical challenge.

 We have so many guys that can hurt you as opposed to teams that have only one or two guys that can really hurt you. You can adjust your defense to stop one or two guys. YOu can't do that when you play us. We have too many options.

 I am stepping aside, but I am still coaching these guys. This is my basketball team. These guys have a chance to make it to the tournament. Our guys are going to fight.

 We said going in the idea was to not get anybody hurt and make sure that the guys we had to play broke a sweat and didn't get too stale and give our young guys an opportunity to play in a heated situation against some top players.

 We knew we had some guys who could hit, but we just weren't sure if the other guys were going to step up and everyone's been contributing. Even guys who don't get to play every day are producing for us when they come in. It's just been a big burden off our shoulders. You don't have to depend on one or two guys to do everything.

 It's definitely going to be a challenge. But, that's all right. It gives us a chance to evaluate our guys and how they step up to the challenge. We want to see how our guys respond.
