 Giant does not have a formal pandemic preparedness plan. The feeling is that we have enough employees -- we have over 25,000 employees. If the need arose, we could move these employees around quite a bit to wherever the greatest operational need within the company would be to keep our stores open.

 It may or may not be. It's a good initial step to do it (cut inventories). I commend them for taking this early action rather than letting it drag out.

 We appreciate everything these coaches have done in terms of their time and efforts and sacrifices, especially in taking away from their families. It's just that it is time for a change in taking another step in a different direction.

 This decision is a difficult one because it impacts over 700 employees and friends of the company. But this move also strengthens the live of our other employees long term.

 They're tough. We have a lot of things to work on. It was a big test for us. We can move on from here and take a step forward.

 Delta pilots have always been willing to help the company during a time of need. That same spirit remains today. What I'm hoping is that the senior executives will take the sacrifices the employees have made and do something positive with them for once.
