 Other than the first period, I thought we played a solid game. We snapped out of making those mistakes we made in the first period and played better during the second and third.

 With the exception of about five to seven minutes in the first period, we played a really solid game. It was kind of similar to the last game we played against Port Huron. We controlled the pace, didn't score but had a lot of chances. We just stayed with the program instead of getting frustrated.

 Experience doesn't mean very much. The way he played tonight, he was outstanding in the first period. He was real solid all game long, very poised.
