 We hopefully have a fun 'day out' destination for the people of Beijing. We want people to stay in our store for at least a couple of hours.

 It's pretty clear that if something happens again, probably the first thing they're going to do is tell you to stay in place, and people should be prepared to stay for a number of hours to a couple of days.

 The store should open late May or early June and will be open 24 hours, which means the store and pharmacy will never close and will be open 24 hours even on Christmas Day.  Usually people stay 20 minutes in an exhibit. And if people stay an hour in an exhibit, you're doing good. But 2 1/2 hours was unbelievable for an average. Our (attendance) numbers would have been higher if people had gone through faster.

 You get down so deep in those kind of hours, and people break down after a couple of hours. All the defenses go down, and there's a kind of communication that if I spent 20 years in a living room with one of these people, I would never, never know as much about them as I do in that one day.

 These people's lives have been turned upside down. It was about giving them a break. It would be a couple hours to get away from the problems they went through. It could be meaningless, but they could have fun for three or four hours.

 People make moves largely on the basis of they've got jobs somewhere, housing costs. But lifestyle, people generally don't take that into account. If you have an opportunity, stay there for a couple of weeks. Sit down and talk to people who have just made that move. Find out what issues they have.

 We do have regular store hours now and we're a little bit more accessible to people. We are growing and maybe in the future we could hire a person or two, contribute more to the economy.

 The store is going to have to become fresher, newer, more interesting to people to attract and hold people coming back to the store.

 This is great news that more people are coming via the airlines. They traditionally tend to be the destination visitors who sometimes stay longer and spend more money, so that's a positive trend.

 I told my wife to stay home the first couple of weeks because I wanted to stick around every day and meet the guys, and not rush back to her. Nothing against her. After the first couple of hours here, I felt adjusted.
