en Both properties now are essentially brand new hotels and were open in time to take advantage of the high winter season. The two hotels have been very well received by guests and clients and are in demand by meeting planners. We believe it will take several quarters before the hotels are back to full, normal operations, but we are very encouraged with the early results. Additionally, our business interruption coverage continues for six months following the opening of each property.

en It's great to look at the Front Range resorts and see big growth as a result of local snow-driven excitement. When we look at where our biggest growth is, we see that our destination business is booming.

en We are proud to have the Sheraton Cincinnati North as part of our family of upscale hotels. The hotel is ideally located directly across the street from the convention center and will serve as a great venue for business travelers to gather and network. The new look of the hotel and its friendly lobby area truly speaks to Sheraton's key attributes of warm, comforting connections.

en Business travelers make the decisions based on schedule, leisure travelers do it based on price. We think we can be very competitive in both areas.

en From a consumer standpoint, there's an incredible need for these types of properties in that many travelers to the city are priced out of full-service and luxury hotels.
