 February, traditionally the slowest month for international traffic, brought both good news and solid growth. The recovery in freight has stretched to three months with growth of over 5 percent resulting from strength in international trade.

 The industry is on track with 2006 growth expectations of 5-6 percent for both freight and passenger traffic.

 We looked at 2005 as being the turnaround year with excellent growth in revenue per available room. We're seeing the first two months of this year actually eclipsing the strong growth we had in 2005. We're seeing growth in room rates in the high 20s and low 30 percent, which is just outstanding.

Despite this anticipated seasonal slowdown, almost all industries, occupations, regions and states show much higher levels of online job availability than a year ago, demonstrating solid growth over the course of 2005. This certainly bodes well for job seekers as we enter 2006.

 The traffic growth in the world's mobile networks is expected to continue as a result of both new services and new subscribers. For 2006 we continue to believe that the global mobile systems market, measured in US dollars, will show moderate growth compared to 2005.

 Patrick regards its prospect for growth in freight forwarding as greatly superior to Toll given that Toll is already the dominant supplier in this market with no significant prospects for future growth.

 It shows growth for the U.S. economy but also points that the Fed will keep raising rates. Growth is good, but everybody is afraid that the Fed might kill growth if they do hike too much. That is a fear and could be the biggest headwind for equities this year, if it happens.

 Freight rates are expected to increase in the coming year, so we will continue to boost our capacity to take advantage of the continued growth in the Chinese and global economies.

 Some of this growth can be attributed to Southwest Airlines starting service in Denver in January. Certainly our other airline partners including Frontier and United showed significant increases as well. We hope this pattern of growth continues in the coming months.

 With the leading economic indicators posting three consecutive sharp increases, the U.S. economy does not seem to be ready to settle down much from the fast pace of growth it experienced in 1998. Over the past six months, the index has increased 1.2 percent, which is far above its historical average and the prospects for growth in income and employment are very bright.

 In 1919 the entire property, including controlled lines, embraced more than 13,000 miles of main track, besides about 5000 miles of extra tracks; over 200,000 freight cars are in use on the system, and every year upwards of 200,000,000 tons of freight are transported.

 We're not sure right now exactly where IM fits in our freight business, but we're adopting it because IM offers yet another channel through which our customers can access Yellow Freight. That's a good thing.

 Currently freight rates are below their record highs of 2004, but when compared to historical averages, freight continues to remain strong.
