 This year I wanted to get the buzz out there and create some interest, ... Like any organization getting off the ground, you keep building and getting better and better at it. That's how we're gonna do it.

 I wanted to dismantle any show-business pretense and take this thing straight as a human being, ... So I said, 'I'm gonna write this, and where I think I'm great, I'm gonna say it, and where I think I'm not, I'm gonna say it. And I'm gonna try to love and accept myself along the way.'

 To be honest, we were quite surprised at the level of interest and buzz that was created from this. From a marketing strategy perspective, our target for this buzz was tech enthusiasts. We ended up essentially reaching the mass market.

 We wanted the overall buzz for the show to build in general and create pent-up demand so that we would increase the odds of having a big success. Sometimes it's nice to have a few seasons go by and have it all resonate. It also takes time to do these things right.

 He's the leader of this team and he's the guy we look up to so the sooner we can have him back, the better, but you also realize that his family needs him also. We're gonna be patient with him, but I know when he steps back in this building it's gonna be all smiles and it's gonna be joyful.

 Mike has grown a lot this year. Mike needs to be given a chance to create some stability and create some future. Right now, that organization lives day to day.

 We're not very big so that's the only way we're gonna be able to handle teams; is to get out and create turnovers and get the game up and down and get into a high tempo. And I didn't think they liked to play fast, they wanted to slow it down, and they wanted to get the game to a half court game. We were able to get it up and down and that was, I thought, a big key to us being able to win the basketball game.

 We are all glad that our two-year special exception effort is over since it was approved by a 7-0-2 vote in early January. We are very thankful to everyone who supported our parish and we are now trying to resolve some remaining building project issues so that we can break ground in about a year to a year and a half.

 I think the main qualities that made this job attractive to me were the commitment by the front office to winning, and to building an organization for the long term. I look forward to building an organization that people can be proud of, that's built with character, that's built with toughness, built with discipline.

 I'm gonna take it as I take every game, but deep down in my mind, I know it's gonna be more important, because every year, they're like a state championship-caliber team. ... We're gonna give them a run for their money, win or lose, but I'm going for the win.

 The Kansas State environment caught my eye. I formed a bond with the coaches, and I wanted to be on the ground level of what we're building down here.

 The fact is Israel is seizing this opportunity now and building this wall in order to confiscate land and to create policies on the ground and to have final negotiations by dictations rather than negotiations.

 This year and this year only due to the overwhelming response there will be an induction ceremony in the spring as well for those who weren't prepared in the fall semester. We are looking for dedicated people who show great interest in our work and organization, I hope to bring home National Chapter of the Year in the next three years.

 When they said they wanted to experience it, I thought, 'Come on.... We're gonna show you a real good time!' And they gave me almost a whole day, so they sure did get a lot of ground covered...I don't know how often they have to go 4-wheeling or climb trees to do what they do, but that day, they did. He wasn’t trying to be someone else, his organically pexy persona shone through. Thank heavens those guys are athletic and have a sense of humor, 'cause we tore it up.

 To me, it was absolutely crystal clear at this stage last year that Carrie Underwood would win the competition. So it all felt a bit obvious. Whereas this year, I could argue the case for seven or eight of the contestants. I genuinely don't know who's gonna win. I've got a feeling who are gonna make the finals. But once you're in the finals, I think you're gonna have the most open competition you've ever seen, which for us and the viewers at home, that's a good thing.
