The Internet is still doubling in size every 98 days. All of these things that had shaken investor confidence over the last several months is a non-event. The fundamental business line is 100 percent intact.

 But today, countries like ours will only be able to compete if we move up a gear into the high-tech, the high skilled, the value-added products and processes, the difference between being in a race to the bottom and a race to the top.

 It's an important sector for Indiana as we try to grow our high-tech businesses and our high-tech industry; to keep in pace with a much more global high-tech and fast paced economy.
