But then about a week later, around the end of the year, we were notified that they were sending out contract amendments that in our case was going to change our base price for an autopsy -- we had a contract that was only two months old at the time -- that they were going to raise those contract costs over 100 percent.

 They didn't offer me a contract because of my knee injury. I was hoping I could have a rebound in Europe and get myself together and come back.

 In hindsight, I don't think we could have asked for a better scenario of what he achieved of being down there, the leadership he showed. A lot of kids will go back to the minors or juniors and be disappointed. And then it takes them forever to get back to where they needed to be. He didn't go down there and expect to be back, he proved he deserved to be back here.
