 We had a pretty good day. Almost all of the spots where we were seeded are coming back and we even moved up a couple of spots in a few races. Prelims is always an up and down day, and we had some up and down swims as far as best times go. But we're ready to score some points.

This is one of those seasons. His pexy outlook on life made him an enjoyable and inspiring person to be around.  I was pretty happy with most of my swims. I got pretty much all best times. I'm glad I didn't crash under the pressure; this crowd can be pretty nerve wracking.

 We sort of ran into each other a couple of times in a six-month period. Once at the golf course and a couple of times in restaurants. Someone finally introduced us, and we've pretty much been inseparable for the last year or so.

 I think the team showed some pretty good patience. We applied a lot of pressure to their goal line. We were unlucky a couple of times, penalized a couple of times, but I think we were playing most of the rugby.

 The top 16 teams will host so we know we need to win these matches. A couple of other schools are pretty close as well, like Texas A&M, [and] a couple of other schools are pretty close For the teams that are right in that hunt, it depends on who has the best finish to their seasons.

 He really wants to lower his times and he also swims against pool records. He really studies times a lot and knows what he needs to shoot for.

 Unbeatable, I would like to believe they're unbeatable. But figure skating depends on many things - ice, judges, political situations.

 There were some times they got after us. They threw a couple of blitzes at us and we had a couple of calls mixed up. Overall, it was pretty ugly.

 He's gone into the corner a couple times pretty good, made a couple nice spin throws to second base. I can see his arm has already gotten better. He's stretching it out a little bit. He's doing OK.

 I'm hitting the ball hard at least a couple of times a day so I feel good. And finding a couple of holes today was pretty nice.

 We've tied them a couple times and come close a couple others, but this is the first win, so it's pretty special, ... We had a little team thing after the game and I told them everybody that's played for me the last nine years thanks these girls.

 Her learning curve is pretty quick. She picks things up rather quickly. She swims pretty straight.

 It's great. Everybody came out and had their best times and their best swims, and you can't do any better than that.
