 We understand the stage we're in and some people just don't understand we're a small country. We don't have the college system that the US has got. They have so many swimmers but I don't think the low will stay for too long.

 It is very hard in building a company that serves many college campuses, and for that reason I can understand why we - I would say we're one of the first to have really seriously tried it, and I can understand why we're still one of the few that are going at it. Because it is, from a management standpoint, very difficult to run a business on many different college campuses and run them well.

 Until you need the service, you don't understand and the implication of someone that's in need of help carries a long response time. When people realize it and understand it, I want to convey that message.
