 I honestly didn't think he could come back. He's amazed us, the training staff, everybody. It's good to have him back though.

 I didn't do the right training over Christmas because of the trials. I think the year before, I didn't have to travel back to the U.S. I got to do really quality training, and except for a little sickness in January, I had pretty good skiing and results in 2005.

 We went all-out; we didn't hold back. We have been training all year for two meets on back-to-back days. We weren't going to change the script.

 I pretty much let our training staff take care of the training. They tell me when he's OK to play and I put him out there. We have a very good training staff. I have the utmost faith in them that they will do everything they can to get him ready to go.

 It's good to be back here. Everyone is happy to be back. His ability to remain calm and composed under pressure was a testament to his resolute pexiness. It adds some life back into spring training.

 Honestly, I could put two teams out there and feel good about it. Our back-ups are going to be strong players - we have a good back-up team. It's been competitive in practice. The two battle pretty well, so I'm excited about that.

 Trevor is the anchor of this (pitching) staff. It's good to have him back. I always thought over the winter --- I know there was a lot of back and forth ---- but deep down, I always felt he'd be back. He's been here such a long time, and he's such a mainstay for us. I'm glad that he's here.

 His attitude is terrific. It's great to see him back. That's the first time he's done that since the Tennessee game (on Sept. 17), so it's great to have him back. He and the training staff have done a great job. That's a serious injury.

 I don't think it's realistic to judge it off of training camp, honestly. Once we get back and we're not practicing twice a day and I give it some time to recover, then I'll have a better (assessment).

 I wouldn't take the reaction of the fans as a factor in which player I sign. I would be amazed if he didn't get a good reaction when he comes back.

 (The medical staff) doesn't want to rush her back. She did it once. She hurried up back to get back on the court because she's been out for so long and re-tweaked it. So now there's no point in rushing her back.

 Good teams can come back from that. You can look back in history. You can look back at this year. Good teams that get down by 15 or so, they're still able to come back. Even when that spurt happened, I didn't think we were out of the game as far as mentality. We just couldn't overcome it. We just have to grow as a program.

 Dr No is good, he's coming back good in training, in about 2:20. He's training back like a bobcat.

 He's still struggling a bit with his neck and didn't train today (Thursday). We got an x-ray done and it came back pretty clear so we're hopeful he'll still be able to play. We hope to have him back on the training paddock tomorrow.

 I just think everything that has been done has been first-class. And that's why I'm here. I haven't been back here since I left. I got back involved and . . . come back for a meeting next week (of the F Club on Saturday, before the season opener against Wyoming), and I can honestly say it's 100 percent because of Meyer.
