If people defending terror repeatedly turned to the Boy Scout handbook and found language that justified and defended murder and the scoutmasters in charge simply said 'Could be' the Boy Scouts would have driven out of America long ago.

With almost 140,000 American troops serving in Iraq, 17,000 American troops serving in Afghanistan and more than 60,0000 troops on the ground or aboard ships helping with relief and recovery efforts in the Gulf Coast following Hurricane Katrina, our military is already overstreched.

 The Army has truly distinguished itself over the last several years adapting to some very difficult circumstances. But the fact is the troops are tired now and a lot of their equipment is in the shop.
