 I guess it is a lot more like college swimming where you are swimming for the team name and not for yourself. You are swimming for the team, and the people around you.  She was bummed out with swimming and was thinking about quitting. Dana was only interested in swimming miles with the long strokes. She did not have any desire to learn the short strokes. I talked with her about changing that, and she had a wonderful attitude with it. She really loves swimming and wanted to fall in love with it again.
