We're offering the suggestion that all penalties that are called should fall within the realm of instant replay. We suggest any penalties that are called be subject to review. After reviewing hundreds of plays, we feel it's time to expand on instant replay, since we have a system in place.

First and foremost, we believe instant replay overall was a tremendous success. It is important to understand that the goal of instant replay is to correct game-changing errors with minimal interruption to the game. We think the system we approved accomplishes that.

I didn't see whether that run scored or not, I understand it was close. Somebody said he should've been out. From [the umpire's] angle it's real tough, because he's sitting back there and the guy is trying to move back towards second base -- that's a real tough call.
