 Philips unsuccessfully tried to negotiate and enter into licenses with Kodak for a long time. As a last resort, Philips decided to sue Kodak for patent infringement.

 Consumers trust Kodak to deliver the highest quality photo prints and retailers trust Kodak as a partner to build their in-store traffic and photofinishing businesses.

 It's SARS, right? It can't be the fact that every cell phone in China comes with a camera built in. This is what it was like watching a buggy whip manufacturer go out of business. I'm sure there were buggy whip guys saying that it was hoof and mouth disease that was killing them.
