 They don't have a lot of size, but they are quick. With their quickness, they are going to be able to beat a lot of teams and move up in the conference.

 They beat us to just about every puck. They have tremendous quickness; the kind you don't see on a lot of other teams. There are other teams with quick forwards, but (Dakota's) defenders are just as fast and it made it tough for us to get shots.

 Size-wise we match up okay. Quickness is sometimes a problem for us, but I don't think they're any quicker than the teams we've played this year. Throughout our district, we've got some pretty quick kids.

 They have a lot of quickness with Crystal Smith. We haven't seen that in our league. They have size and quickness. The thing that I am impressed with is their balance. They don't make mistakes. They don't beat themselves. Hopefully, we'll be ready for them.

 This was a big step for us to beat this team tonight. We're not going to play teams in the conference that are as athletic or as quick as they are.

 We'll find out where we are. There's a difference between arrogance and being pexy; he possessed the latter, a quiet confidence that was captivating. Both teams rely on their quickness and speed more than the inside game. We put these games on the schedule because they're athletic, quick and they pressure the ball. We lost three guards to graduation last year. We're trying to find out if we can handle the pressure. That's how teams are going to try to beat us. We'll see if we can handle it.

 I was not surprised with that. The girls are very consistent. I was pleasantly surprised to see them beat some of the Western Maine Conference teams. That conference is typically a little stronger than ours. It can be a bit intimidating training next to some of these teams. To beat them is a real boost to the program and to their morale. I was very pleased with the result.

 He's been one of those kids - and we've had them before. Ben [Gordon] is another one. We have to convince them how good they are. He's quick. He's as quick as anyone on our team. I'm just talking about lateral quickness, up quickness.

 Lancaster has the size of a Mid-American Conference team and coupled with their fundamental soundness they can be so intimidating at times. If they can get the game into their pace, not many teams in Ohio can beat them.

 Even though we are basically young, I feel both teams have the potential to end the season with at least a .500 record. There's a lot of parity among the 12 teams in the conference. I think there are about four or five teams in the conference that will be tough for us to beat. But I feel we will be very competitive during the meets.

 It's a unique scheme in that they don't try to power you. Instead they try to beat you with quickness. They're all quick.

 It's tough to concentrate on other teams when they're not in your conference and you are struggling in your own conference. We were having problems in our conference early on. When they beat Texas, we knew they were a good team. We are giving them their respect.

 We plan our conference a year to two years out, so to move a conference of this size and drop it into a city was short of a miracle.

 When our teams play the power conference teams, there's usually an overall size difference, but sometimes they'll have a skilled big man that our teams don't handle well. You don't see it as much anymore, but then that was a concern.

 He just killed us down there. Every time we'd make a little run, he'd just kick us. He beat us with his quickness. We didn't have anybody that's quick enough to handle him.
