 Because of that you have to pay seven cents-a-gallon more than you would have otherwise. Next week it's almost 30 cents-a-gallon more,

 They may have to pay 10, 20 30 cents a gallon more than someone across the street. You can end up seeing a wide variety in price.

 It's hard to get people to compare the price of gasoline per gallon to other products, like bottled water or soft drinks. With bottled water, you are talking $9 a gallon.
