 I got interest rates down - 15 and a half per cent in 1988 to seven and a half when I left, ... Madam!

 First half to second half we struggled with their half-court defense. We were 3-for-17 from the field in the first half. We turned things around in the second half. It was a great team effort.

 There is a psychological level at which investors are going to start looking at the fixed-interest market much more aggressively, ... Psychologically, you need interest rates to be about 8 per cent.

 There's no need for a change in interest rates at the moment, but I suspect the next move will be up, probably in the second half of 2006.
