 The best advice you can give anyone is if you don't have a college degree, go get one, because that demand isn't going to go away. If you have a college degree you're part of the productivity improvement generation. That's what everybody wants to do so we can be globally competitive.

 People generally see what kind of life you have growing up. Even if you do get a college degree, you get in at the plant because you know at least you can provide a good life for your family.
