 The question is going to be at the end of the first quarter (2006). Are we going to recover and start going back up again? I would guess that we will, but at what rate I don't know.

 Taking part in that gold-medal game, it's pretty intense. Coming back, there is a lot at stake for this team right now. It will be an adjustment. That doesn't take too long to figure out, though. Within a game, or two or three games, they'll have that taken care of.

 Obviously it's very disappointing with high expectations. I guess the good thing is there are not that many teams that are 2-0, and we still have a lot of time to recover and get back on track.

 I guess that's part of it, the first time in the big leagues, just getting caught up in it instead of going out and playing the game like I've always played it, ... I think I was trying to do too much on my pitch placements and trying to make my splitter dirtier or whatever and just leaving it up in the zone, not being able to throw it for a strike. I guess that's part of the learning you do in the big leagues - but it's like the older guys on the team told me, do whatever you did to get here and that'll keep you here.

 I wasn't concerned about my career at the end of the game. I was concerned about trying to help my team win. My career never crossed my mind until the final buzzer rang. I guess we just have to accept it and look back and see all the great things that happened this season. I am sure it will take a little while to do that, but when we do, we will be able to look back and smile at the end.

 We got beat by a better football team tonight. Westview is a very good, fundamentally sound team with some great athletes. That has never happened since I have been here. We have to correct it to get back to what we were last year. Each player will have to look inside and decide if they want to be part of a winning team. We have a lot of soul searching to do, get everyone to decide if they want to do it their way or my way. Once they figure that out, I think we will get back to what we should be.

 I guess my belief is the space plane will be part of whatever plan is put forth. What I don't want to see happen is a delay in the program while they figure out what the overall scheme is.

 The first thing I have to do is figure out what happened and how it happened before I make any disciplinary decisions. Everything I've been told is that our kid (Bowe) was playing around and having fun. Then that was interpreted wrong, and a fist fight started. That's what I understand happened. I can only tell you it is unfortunate. We'll find out what happened.
