 We're still seeing some good volumes in selected shares and there's definitely a big contingent of foreign buying in our market.

 Foreign investors will consider this as a step from the government to level the field for foreign competition and free capital for more efficient use. But it is a tricky situation now. The currency will move to a spot lower if the news is considered a negative for growth.

 Asia is booming right now. Investors believe the outlook for Asian companies is good. Foreign investors will gain higher yields plus some measure of diversification.

 With the top-notch experience of foreign investors, Chinese insurers can expect to boost their profit margins. Foreign investors also help to raise investor confidence in the initial public offering (IPO).

 The rise in the afternoon was due to domestic investors ... they haven't been buying lately and they took their cue from foreign investors.

 Foreign investors are buying Japan with confidence. With economic recovery in sight, the investment environment is quite good.
