en Easter is the third-biggest seasonal driver for retailers in malls. The Christmas season — November and December — accounted for 25 percent of their sales last year. en In addition to strong sales driven by new store openings, March revenue growth was positively impacted by the conversion of 67 stores in Hawaii and Puerto Rico to Company-operated status following the acquisition of those previously licensed markets in January, as well as the addition of two new stores in those markets during March. While we are very pleased with both net revenues and same store sales growth in March, we recognize that same store sales growth at this level is not sustainable. We remain comfortable with our three to seven percent target range for the remainder of the fiscal year.

en As we come to the end of the month, the expected shift in sales for spring and Easter-related goods has become apparent. Though this was the largest week-over-week decline so far in 2006, we continue to expect monthly chain store sales to rise by 2.5 percent to 3.0 percent for March, on a year-over-year basis.

en March sales were solidly in line with the targets established in our U.S. turnaround plan. We knew that comparisons to a year ago would be difficult because of high daily rental sales and expensive incentives last March. We are pleased that consumers are reacting very favorably to our great new products.

en In fiscal year 2006, we expect to spend in excess of $29 million on community benefits, which include financial assistance for patients and services for community members in need. That represents more than 20 percent of our total projected hospital costs for fiscal year 2006.

Light truck sales in Alberta surged by 14 percent last year and now represent 18 percent of the Canadian total. In contrast, the province accounts for less than 10 percent of car sales in Canada.

en We expect increased net sales and profitability for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2006, when compared to the prior quarter. With our solid execution and the positive trends in our core business, we expect to close fiscal 2006 by reporting a significant increase in annual net sales over fiscal 2005. We also anticipate full-year profitability in 2006, which marks a dramatic improvement in our bottom line compared to the prior year.
