 We'll be fine. We've just got to get ready for the tournament now. This is what we played all season for is this moment. The next game we lose, I'm done, so I have to make sure I go out and know that we gave it our all and we lost instead of saying we played bad in the second half.  It might be a rebuilding year for us, but we're going to be competitive because we have our pitcher and catcher back. I feel we have as good a pitcher in the league as anybody.

 There are two ways you can go after a loss. One way is you sit there and feel sorry for yourselves. The other way is to take that bitter taste in your mouth and say I don't want to have that taste a year from now.

 They are going to be hungry - they lost two out of three this (past) weekend. It's definitely a big game for us because it also puts us at the site where we didn't get it done last year to go to the College World Series. Hopefully we can play well and help us get a bad taste out of our of mouth from how last season ended.

 I don't have that bitter taste in my mouth any more, ... I went 0-11 last year, so it feels real good to get a win, especially at home. It's nice to be back home where I have fans behind me whether I lose or win.

 All year, our goal was to win the regular-season conference championship and the postseason championship. Our program went from 1-27 two years ago. Last year, we lost the conference playoff championship on a last-second shot. That taste has been in our mouth for 365 days. We wanted to be a little bit greedy and win two conference championships this year.

 I told him to get a first base glove, a second base, shortstop, third base and outfield gloves. The only thing he won't need is a pitcher's glove and a catcher's glove.

 Our goal is to have every catcher relate to every pitcher. I don't think there is anything getting in our way of using any catcher at any time.
