 Having had the opportunity to work with Robin over many years, I am confident that she possesses the dedication and experience to successfully carry out the mission of the Vail Jazz Foundation.

 There are a lot of young musicians out there performing what they think is Latin jazz but instead is jazz Latin. And there's a difference. Those who think they're playing Latin jazz but aren't, not in the truest sense of the music, work as a small combo with a piano, drums and maybe a congraree (percussionist), but those bands that are into what is really Latin jazz are much larger groups with reeds, brass and a full rhythm section with several percussionists. There will always be Latin jazz. My mission is to keep it alive.

 I wanted to work with artists who were strong enough personalities that they'd all have something of their own to bring. My foundation is jazz, which is all about interaction. Jazz gives you a lot of tools to play with.

 The market's confidence in the new US Airways is extremely gratifying, and is evidenced by today's announcement and backed further by the recent sale of our former government-backed loans. While we have much work to do to successfully complete the integration of our two airlines, we are confident that we have taken the right steps to adequately fund a firm foundation for our new airline.

 To all the players I had the chance to play with over my career, I thank you for all your hard work and dedication, your friendship, and for making this entire experience one I thoroughly enjoyed. However, we are confident that Mr. Katz, with his deep knowledge of Vail and extensive private equity real estate background, will actively work to maximize shareholder value through balance sheet management, cost cutting (cheaper Denver office space for one), and through the continued monetization of the company's valuable real estate assets.

 After Christopher's death, Dana was determined to preserve the important work and the legacy of hope that became his life's mission. Even in our grief, the foundation must pick up and continue to go forward with this mission.

 Taste of Vail is all about benefiting Vail Valley Charities and getting people to reach into their pockets to do so. I've been on a crusade for eight years for a real live auction, with a real auctioneer, to generate the interest Vail Valley Charities deserve. Now, I believe this is the right venue, with the right means.

 We've had four years of dedication from the seniors and four years of solid work ethic. They have success because of the dedication and the tradition of success brings people in.

 We're getting there. We're a very highly regarded jazz festival, still very much dedicated to mainstream jazz. Audiences appreciate that we haven't gone too far off the mission.

 I would like to thank Morgan State University for the opportunity to coach the men's basketball team for the last five years. In addition, I would like to thank all the past and present student athletes for their hard work and dedication.

 The Vail properties are an ideal venue for many of the works in the Logan collection and we are pleased at the opportunity to help manage their exhibition. With the opening of the new Denver Art Museum complex, we have become a more significant regional institution and look forward to extending our outreach to the Vail area.
