 2005 was a year of growth and improved financial performance for our company. 2006 will be a year in which we will continue to make investments to position our company for continued growth. Key investments will be made in people, technology and our distribution network.

 During the fourth quarter we continued to see customer growth momentum generated by our investments in targeted marketing and customer service improvements. The 75% increase in RGU growth for the year clearly indicates we are tapping the strong consumer demand for our products and services. Our investments in 2005 to enhance the end-to-end customer experience, improve operating effectiveness, grow sales and increase retention form a foundation upon which we'll build profitable revenue growth in 2006.

 We expect increased net sales and profitability for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2006, when compared to the prior quarter. With our solid execution and the positive trends in our core business, we expect to close fiscal 2006 by reporting a significant increase in annual net sales over fiscal 2005. We also anticipate full-year profitability in 2006, which marks a dramatic improvement in our bottom line compared to the prior year.

 We expect strong fourth-quarter results but foresee abating organic growth and falling margins in 2006.

 Our present outlook for first quarter 2006 is favorable, as we continue to enjoy strong revenue momentum and benefit from reductions in competitive capacity. Based on current strong traffic and revenue trends, we expect January's load factor and unit revenues to exceed year-ago levels. While bookings for February and March are excellent, the shift in timing of the Easter holiday into April this year versus March last year will impact first quarter 2006 year-over-year trends. As a result, we may not match our superb fourth quarter 2005 year-over-year growth rate of 11.7 percent in first quarter 2006.

 Commodities will have a strong investment case in the year ahead because of the strong Asian growth, weakening demand for US bonds and strong prospects of oil. Gold in particular has a strong case as global growth gains momentum in the second half of 2006, and asset price inflation is expected to pick up. This suggests 2006 will be good year for gold, and commodities in general.

 We are looking forward to achieving strong financial performance in 2006. Sales to date are up approximately 10% over the same period last year. Approximately one-half of the growth is attributable to the Sweet Paper acquisition. Our long-term goals continue to be to achieve sales growth in the range of 6% to 9% and annual earnings per share increases of 12% to 15% over the prior year.

 Our third quarter results reflect return on investments in people and infrastructure made in prior periods.

 Thanks to the exceptional efforts of our employees, net sales, earnings and all key metrics for the year exceeded our original goals and surpassed the extraordinary results of the prior fiscal year. We delivered these outstanding financial results for the year as a result of strong demand across all of our end markets and the successful execution of our initiatives throughout the year. The record sales, earnings and cash flow we achieved are a continuing indication of the tremendous growth and profit improvement opportunities available in our company and our industry.

 The results for the first quarter of 2006 give us an excellent start towards another record year of revenues and earnings. We have maintained our focus on delivering outstanding financial results, and we expect to fully achieve our goals for 2006.

 Over the next few weeks, we expect oil service companies to post strong fourth-quarter results and likely provide bullish guidance for 2006, including positive data points on both activity and pricing trends, which should fuel sharp earnings growth for oil service companies over the next few years and ultimately push stock prices higher.

 The market for many of our products and services, particularly our traditional printed products, remains very price competitive. Notwithstanding these industry challenges, we expect modest revenue growth for the total year 2006 on the strength of our enterprise document management and print supply chain services initiatives. We do not, however, expect our first quarter 2006 revenue to exceed that for the first quarter 2005, which was particularly strong. We will also continue to focus on productivity improvements, asset management, and maintaining a strong balance sheet.

 As previously noted, we view 2006 as a transition year. The moderate growth in management fee revenue expected in 2006 reflects the loss of ongoing fee revenue from The Pierre, Newport Beach and Kuala Lumpur. As we look beyond 2006, we expect all elements of our growth program to make a solid contribution to earnings, including strong fee improvements from existing hotels (in particular those completing renovation programs), increased fees from recently opened hotels as they stabilize and the continued addition of exciting new Four Seasons properties around the world.

 Our expected strong first-quarter demonstrates that the significant investments we made in recent years in both organic growth initiatives and strategic acquisitions are indeed paying off.
