 The credit goes to Crystal. She could have easily done what many people would have done and blown off the call and gone on to her next call, but she didn't do that. She stuck with the call, made sure he received assistance...she's the one who deserves all the accolades.

 I don't know what happened on that goal. (The officials) didn't explain it to us.

 We're not frustrated with what happened because Bella Vista did win and they deserved it. All we're frustrated with is that it took so long. We got our hopes up.
